If your book has not turned up

This is the one I hear about most, and it is nearly always a delivery problem I can fix in a couple of minutes. Before you write, look in your spam folder and promotions tab—that is usually where it has gone.

If it is genuinely not there, reply to the Hotmart purchase email and I will send the files over by hand. You do not need an order number; the address you paid with is enough.

Refund questions

Every order has a 7-day money-back guarantee. To ask for a refund, just reply to the purchase email you got from Hotmart. A file that will not open or a payment taken twice gets put right the same way. Terms
